Hello world

Hello to my idea of a blog and journal.

I come here with hopes of community and since is similar to a new year objective I set myself to. I was already thinking I should be sharing more this year (sharing in the social media sense). Since I started complaining there is no connection with others in Tumblr, and also last year I did not post so much in ig, which is the only way my family and other keep updated on my life (living so far and all that), I told my self I should be sharing more. More in messages online and sharing opinions and also like not hiding when I am impressed by a new interest. 

Also M (my wife) likes when I post something of our family in ig. So yes, I feel a journal, a blog (and maybe knit thigh community?) is something I can start now. I will try since the idea of keeping alive seems harder, mostly because I would like to keep it in my computer only. The last months of last year I wanted to leave behind the horrible grasp my smartphone has on me. I also stopped wearing my smart watch since I was always checking it for updates/notifications. I am tired of being fed content. I would like to search. Just recently I found myself asking why do I always visit the same websites, could I find others related to my taste? How do I even look for it.

So there. While I definitely do not know how to blog, I am following the idea launched by Lilly in tumblr, so came back here and tried my blog launch. I looked at others blogs and I told my self I do not know how to write or blog as well as maybe it will be like shouting in the dark. But I guess we have to think of the beginning of the internet and when people did their blogs and own webpages, just for the joy and sharing. So, I guess I can share.

There is definitely holes in my blogging. But this will do for now. I guess writing will also help straight my thoughts. I can only hope.

Gaming, currently in Elden Ring. My second play-trough already at 149h. I hope to play a wider variety of games this year. Or at least tackle my backlog.
